近日，在某热播微短剧中出现“1胎99子”剧情，相关话题引发网友关注。

根据剧情，女主意外怀上“龙种”，并在临盆时出现超自然现象，最终诞下99个孩子。这部短剧共68集，截至15日18:00在短视频平台累计播放量已经超过4500万。

The controversial plotline, which surfaced in recent days, quickly became a trending topic. Viewers expressed disbelief, with many joking that the absurdity made even the notoriously extravagant tropes of "domineering CEO" dramas – featuring characters casually gifting hundreds of millions – seem comparatively "slightly more normal".

该剧导演和主演也紧急在社交媒体发文与剧集“割席”。6月15日，该短剧男主演王宇威直播回应称，“围读剧本时才看到这个情节，确实很癫。”他表示，“不好意思癫到大家了，经纪人说一定会大爆，没看本我就接了。”

By the evening of Sunday, the short drama had been taken down from Douyin and other platforms, according to reports by the Lanjinger.com news website. Facing intense backlash, the drama's director and lead actor, Wang Yuwei, rushed to distance themselves.

Wang addressed the controversy during a live stream, stating: "I only saw this plot point during the script table read ... it was truly insane." He offered an apology: "Sorry for shocking everyone with this craziness," adding candidly, "My agent said it would definitely be a huge hit, so I took the role without reading the script first."

“霸总”剧情曾被点名！

2024年11月，国家广电总局网络视听司针对“霸总”类微短剧发布管理提示：避免用写实的外衣包裹荒诞不经的故事，损害企业家群体形象；主动设置议题讲好中国企业家故事；加强对“霸总”微短剧的管理，压缩数量、提升质量。

This incident is not isolated. Chinese regulators have repeatedly targeted problematic content in the highly competitive mini-drama sector. In November 2024, the National Radio and Television Administration issued specific warnings against "domineering CEO" dramas. It urged creators to avoid "using realistic settings to package absurd stories" that could damage the image of entrepreneurs and to focus instead on "actively setting themes to tell good stories about Chinese entrepreneurs."

微博、抖音、快手等平台也相继发布公告，处理在巡查中发现的短剧中存在内容低俗、价值导向偏差等问题，依据相关规定对违规内容进行了清理和下架。

Platforms like Weibo, Douyin, and Kuaishou have also ramped up content reviews, frequently announcing the removal of short dramas deemed vulgar, lowbrow, or promoting unhealthy values.

“1胎99子”剧情的出现，无疑也是一些片方“博眼球”，追求流量至上的“新赛道”。对此，有媒体在评论中指出：

Commentators emphasize that creators should not rely on "grotesquery and ugliness" for cheap thrills. There are renewed demands for authorities to "strengthen the review and supervision of online works, purify the creative ecosystem," and prevent such "eye-stinging" absurdities from further polluting the online space and distorting public aesthetics and values.
